We can build simple hard wired relay logic panels all the way
up to a complete system with starters and PLC prewired and
programmed at our facility were your local electrician simply
brings power in to the panel and takes power out to the
motors.
We are always onsite during start up to ensure a smooth start
and to familiarize plant personnel with the new system.
Our systems come with one or more touch screens for
operator interface with the equipment. These displays can
offer a wealth of information to the operator at any given
moment. The PLC comes programmed with auto start and
stop sequences with interlocks in the program to avoid jam
ups of augers, airlocks, and conveyors. By using the latest in
point to point protocol technology ,we now have the ability to
dial in to the networked PLCs and touchscreens to monitor,
add, or adjust any element of the control system. If you add a
motor or sensor we can add it to the touchscreen and or PLC
program over the phone lines and it also make trouble
shooting a breeze.
Not comfortable with new technology or maybe just don't need
the added features of PLC control, no problem we can hard
wire panels with switches, starters, pilot lights, process
controls, and other items associated with relay logic panels.
